We adapted a template to bootstrap ..

if you enter with a mobile the menu will open but close again straight away, I do not even know if there is a way to track this error, I've been trying to define the various elements but without success ..

it would be great if someone can give me a pointer on what is going on, even better if he explains how I can see these issues myself !!

ps: the second navbar on top is not the cause, i've left this element out and the bug persists
