combine 2 menus on mobile

I have a top menu with a couple of menu items with a dropdown, social media icons and a search bar. Then I have a logo bar with 2 logos and then I have my main nav. What I need is on mobile I need to combine the top menu with the main nav. I have an example index page set-up at:

If anyone has any ideas on how I would do this I would greatly appreciate it.

Once the bootstrap site is done I then have to port it over to Wordpress.

You will need to either add all the items to the mobile menu and then set the hidden-* value on them so they will only show when the screen get's to a specific break point or use javascript to add them together at mobile view.
