Bootstrap and push nav plug in help

I am building a bootstrap site and I want to use a push-nav plugin called mmenu (http://mmenu.frebsite.nl). I am getting a bug with the sticky header nav. if I scroll down the page, and click on the menu button in the x-small view port, the "menu" icon dissappears. It is only when I scroll down the page. If you don't scroll, the icon works just fine.

Can anyone help me in finding a way to correct this? My dev site is: http://multisorb-web.com/bootstrap/
