Need help picking a template!

Hi. I’m setting up first bootstrap site and need some guidance.

We’ll be displaying arrests in NJ where viewers will choose from a dropdown menu to see a certain Offense Type and get back 3 database table views showing state-wide data. Then they can choose from a list of counties to see per county data.

Please help me choose a template!
