Question Building Bootstrap: Where are the output files?

I have sort of a newbie question about building bootstrap:

I've built it using the makefile provided... but, shouldn't the output of that process be some CSS files and stuff? The makefile didn't spit out any errors or anything. It looks like it claims to compile and minify the js, which I see in the js directory but the downloadable distribution from the github page comes with an img,js, and css. I don't have the css folder, I just have the less source files. Is there a way I can convince it to make the CSS files as well?

Additionally, the downloadable distribution includes a minified js file with all the components included, while my hand-built one has them separate... is there a way to have it knit everything up into one file?

Answered my own question, guys! The make target 'bootstrap' will produce the simple bootstrap directory, and does the trick. Thanks!
