Hi everybody. First: sorry for my English!

I'm going mad. I guess I've tried almost everything!
Everything works fine if i use a links, but this time i need to send data from a form! Modal doesn't open OR remote content opens in a new page OR modal opens with no form data!

How can I "post" a form data from a page to a MODAL with remote content?
