I use Visual Studio 2013 Pro and/or VS 2015 Pro. You can obtain a free version at https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ which I find is best for my development in aspx or html5 and database creation or interfacing.
I am looking for an editor that I can use in which I can use, similar to Dreamweaver where you are able to go back and forth between HTML editing and a WYSIWYG editor. I've been searching the internet for one, but I can't decide which one is better based only on the descriptions they give for each. Is there one that is easier to use? I know how to write HTML and JavaScript, but have difficulty with CSS and the responsive design aspects of today's web pages.

Yes, the Internet gives a lot of information and it is really hard to choose a proper editor. I haven't tried myself, but I was suggested to use OpenWYSIWYG. I hope it helps!
