Dear all,

Is it possible to create more than one form through Modal and Ajax. Form has the same structure/field or my be different field.
On the page I want to insert a background image. The 8 different area of the backgroundimage will be linked through imagemap. On clicking the link the Modal will be shown with forms.
That means 8 differnt link 8 different forms.
Scenario 1. All the form are looking the same but having different logo.
Scenario 2. Alle the form have different structure.

Is it possible? Should I create 8 different Modal and 8 different php and 8 different Ajax data. There must be form validation and thank you message after submitting the form.
