    Click add("+") on one table and data displayed in the other table with a ("-")

    Hi,
    I want to create a page with 2 tables where each has one column. First table displays available groups where a user can join and once the user selects a group to join it will show in the second tab]e with a minus mark.

    I have attached the basic UI. Can someone please tell me if there is any bootstrap compnent I can use to do this?
