Bootstrap nav bar questions

Dear All,


I am designer, so my coding is so weak. Now i am doing Bootstrap nav bar as attached image.

as attachment, it has two situation.
when it's desktop mode, click the product wording will popup submenu.
when it's mobile mode, click the product wording will slidedown the submenu.
i tried to code using window.resize and to change id, not work.Please kindly suggest any way to do better?
