I have no code yet but I have some difficulties figuring out how to do what I'd like to obtain.
The thing is I want a div to be clickable. One click opens a modal, double click opens a new page.
I often used "data-toggle" and "data-target" but in this case I don't know what to do.

Do you have any idea how can I realize it ?
