    I think yes. Smoking is very harmful. If you want to take cbd maybe you should try some other variants? For example cbd oil or pills? You can buy even gummies. I recommend you to avoid smoking and vaping and buy some good cbd product from marys nutritionals. Good luck!

    Vaping in general is better than smoking, especially when it comes to safe alternatives like oils and herbs. I started vaping with disposable vape pod Puff Mini , now I prefer dry herb vaporizer for medical marijuana.
