Prepend all CSS rules with an ID?

Hi,

I am looking to prepend every rule like
.nav-bar with something like
#ContainerID .nav-bar for CSS that is part of Bootstrap. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as easy as just wrapping the main bootstrap.less file with
#ContainerID{...}


Any ideas?
