I'm a newbie to Bootstrap and want to start with a template, but can't seem to find one which has a vertical sidebar-navigation such as used on Bootstrap's own Getting started (http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/) page.

Copying that page and removing everything I don't need could be done, but would involve a lot of work and likely mess things up in the process (I've tried). Also, I don't know about the legalities of copying that page and/or just the sidebar to use for my own site (there's no mention of this on the GetBootstrap site, nor is there any contact info so I can ask directly).

In summary, I'm looking for:

1) a very basic template (preferrably free) with room for vertical navigation on the right hand side (or the navigation part included)

and...

2) preferrably a ready-made vertical navigation system such as the one used in the link above, but also with a fancy "scrolling-action" feature (i.e. when you click on a section in the navigation it will quickly scroll you to that place instead of instantly putting you there). It's a "wow!" factor I like, and I'm open for suggestions on other cool (and useful) features for this.
