Horizontal sliding menu

I would like to build a tab navbar that behaves like Google's search options (All, Images, Maps, Videos,...). That menu in small displays it becomes a scrolling menu, see below:

Do you know of any template or code snippet that does this?

Yes I know, I'm sorry about that but I can't do any better, it's this forum system that doesn't display the image file.

Anyway, if you look at a Google results page on your mobile, you'll see the menu I was referring to with the aforementioned options: All, Images, Maps, Videos,... you are able to see the menu scrolling left or right. That's the kind of navigation menu I'd like to build with Bootstrap.
